I’m Amanda, a licensed psychologist, and I get how exhausting it can be. I work with women who feel stretched thin, emotionally maxed out, and like they’re just not trying hard enough no matter how much is on their calendar. Through therapy, I help you move from high-functioning anxiety to real clarity, connection, and self-trust.
What I help with:
ANXIETY: overthinking, perfectionism, procrastination, fear of judgment, feeling on edge
TRAUMA: past events affecting your current experience showing up as people-pleasing, emotional disconnection, guilt and shame, or trust issues.
How it works:
No commute, no awkward waiting rooms, no pretending you’re fine under fluorescent lights. We meet virtually - whether you're curled up on your couch, parked in your car between meetings, or in your favorite oversized hoodie hiding from the world. Therapy fits into your real life, not the other way around.
Each 50-minute session is focused and collaborative. I use mindfulness, parts work, and values-based strategies to help you explore what’s really going on underneath the overthinking, self-doubt, and “just push through it” mode. This is a space to slow down, get clear, and start responding to life from a place of intention - not pressure.

Individual sessions last about 50-minutes. A first session, or intake session, focuses primarily on what brings you to therapy, your goals, and relevant history. In subsequent sessions, we will make an individualized treatment plan to address your specific needs and goals. Sessions will vary person to person but tend to be focused on guided exploration, brief experiential exercises, and emotional processing. We will recap at the end of sessions and create a plan for the next.

Individual weekly therapy sessions allow for us to work on how concerns are showing up in your life now, as the weekly model gives us information as we apply different practices and approaches in your life. We get direct feedback from your day to day experience to explore in therapy, and this allows therapy to be truly tailored to your life and experience. As clients feel more confident, they often "drop down" to biweeky or monthly sessions for continued support.

With these sessions, you receive treatment tailored to your unique needs. This holistic approach incorporates day-to-day struggles as well as underlying issues, which leads to lasting healing that allows you to feel more satisfied and to participate in your life more fully. All treatment is rooted in my expertise in trauma, anxiety, and more.

Individual psychotherapy sessions are about 50-minutes long and include a customized treatment plan specific to your needs and goals.
Individual sessions are $250/session, and may be eligible for partial reimbursement using out-of-network benefits.

The frequency of therapy sessions varies based on your individual needs and goals. Many people start with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong therapeutic relationship.
Over time, as you start to notice changes, you might decide to meet less frequently. We’ll continually assess what’s working best for you!

The length of therapy depends on your individual needs and goals. Some people see significant changes in a few months, while others might engage in therapy longer.
