I work with emotionally sensitive individuals to help them better understand the impacts of past experiences and to engage in values-aligned action. I help motivated individuals move toward a richer and more fulfilling life using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parts Work/Internal Family Systems, and EMDR.

People who work with me better understand their past experiences, are able to better handle difficult emotions and anxiety, and are able to engage in behaviors that bring them create a life they value.
